REFUND POLICY

Saraani accepts refund requests within 14 to 30 days depending on the product category. To request a refund, email: contact.sarani01@gmail.com and include your order number, explanation, and photo or video evidence of the issue.

Refunds are offered only for defective, damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality items verified through evidence. Items must be unused and in original condition when applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for:
– Final sale products
– Hygiene or personal care items
– Digital products
– Orders placed with an incorrect address provided by the customer
– Change-of-mind requests in regions where the law does not require acceptance

Refund evaluation requires 1–7 business days. Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear depending on the payment provider. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
